    I have been working at Zenex Partners full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    I really liked working for Zenex as this gave an opportunity to get my foot in the door of a reputable company to become fulltime.

    Cons

    The cons would be not having any benefits like health insurance that would be within a reasonable price so I would have been able to have insurance instead of being without insurance for 6 months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Check into allowing some benefits for the temp employees as they really need insurance especially if they have families needing insurance and this would make the employee want to stay with the job more.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Zenex Partners.

    Interview Details

    The hiring process consisted of several consecutive interviews , which is a great tactic and allows everyone to interact with the candidate. I had the pleasure of speaking with several recruiters , HR Managers, and the CEO. Also I participated in a Skype interview, which a hassle at first because my phone was not able to complete the process; however, once we the technology was active the interview was a great experience. To my amazement I was offered the position and was satisfied with the benefits and compensation.
