    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Workday.

    Interview Details

Positives: interviewed with many bright people and got to know a lot about the company and their views.

Negatives: process took many months, 7 rounds of interviews, all but one were phone. Never visited any offices despite it being a from office job (heard the same from a friend who declined a role there too).

    Interview Questions
    • They ask a lot of the same questions which are specifics of the job. Seems like they only consider people who've done the exact same thing so make sure you know the job description.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
Not much you can negotiate. Try to anchor them high but know they won't budge much. Good package but under market average and little flexibility. You need to believe in the big picture.
