Growth potential if you get in good with the right people, low stress, good environment, paid holidays, great co-workers, great pay. mandatory 40 hours a week. You make your own schedule.

Favoritism is a common problem. Management IS a clique excluding corporate, the bonuses were great until they changed the process, whether you do well or not is like playing slot machines-its all up to luck. DO NOT get on anybody in the management cliques bad side. They may find a reason to get rid of you over fabricated things that they cannot prove.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees fairly. Stop the favoritism. Stop firing people with no proof that they did anything wrong. Stop lying on termination papers to make it look like you do. Stop accusing employees of being "influenced by a substance" when they offered to take a drug test but you wouldn't drug test them.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at West Asset Management.

    Interview Details

I applied for the position online, about a week later a recruiter called and asked me a few questions and set-up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted for about 30 minutes and consisted of the typical interview questions, like "why do you want to work for West"? After the phone interview was a in person interview, with some of the same interview questions. Once interviewing was complete it took them about a week to call and offer me the position.
