    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2+ months - interviewed at Vestas Wind Systems in August 2013.

    Interview Details

The application was sent by website. I didnt know anyone working there.
I got first contact about a month later, directly from the hiring manager, (but dont think it is the procedure) asking a few question and requesting a phone interview. When the phone interview with the hiring manager and one colleague finished, I was automaticly invited to a face to face interview. Very informal way, over a lunch at the canteen, where I could meet all my future colleagues. After that talk, HR contacted me to some tests on line, and further to another face to face interview with HR. The hiring manager on a call (from another country). The HR had a kind of profile, and made assumptions about my work style and personality, my preferences, etc. I was commenting on that. 90 min interview. I was called few days after with the proposal. Since first call to start working about 40 days. I was not working, so I was available at short notice.
