Good place if you're a masochist.

Management is dysfunctional. There's no excuse for this company not being able to mount products that function as they should. The products are not to blame, but the leaders who do not lead should be ashamed of themselves. Leaders manage from behind closed doors and surround themselves with yes men. A sure means to get to the bottom. There are some super employees here, but they don't stand a chance. There is so much potential that is being wasted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to understand what customers want and need and how it has to be delivered. This company is a start-up that is build on top of an established commodity. It can not be expected to function like an established company when you are trying build something new and different. Become customer driven.
