    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days - interviewed at VEDICSOFT in April 2010.

    Interview Details

    The interview process was very informal and open discussion surrounding the company, position, my background, previous employers, sales numbers, and quota and projections. I had a telephone interview with the CEO and then a second and really enjoyed the openness and reality of his words and they go the distance to provide you with all the tools to succeed

    Negotiation Details
    The negotiation process is not simple, because you are talking to the CEO and he can negotiate with the best of them in my book. He is flexible but wants you to prove yourself and he will provide you with what you desire in the end, but extremely fair
