    Cons

Declining business, suffering market, poor strategies, weak marketing, culture of denial, no local control, no clear vision, disconnected strategy from reality, poor decisions, tuff working load after layoffs, unknown future, no trust in upper management.

    Software Engineer Interview

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week - interviewed at Ultra Electronics in July 2014.

    Interview Details

I was called by a recruiter for the role and they submitted my CV to a consultancy. I was then interviewed by telephone where the interviewer just went through my CV. I arrived at the site to have a face-to-face interview. I couldn't find a parking space and there were no visitors parking. One of the building contractors said I could use his space and I went into the building. The reception staff were extremely rude about me using his empty space and told me I had to move my car. When I asked where I could park they pointed vaguely. After looking around the estate I could not find a parking space so I phoned up the interviewer and told him that I was canceling.
