I have been working at UDR full-time (more than 3 years)

Office environment, clothing allowance, benefits, I don't have to much to say, I am basically miserable working for this company

Pay is minimal, no room for growth, it seems as thought only the men preserver in this company, you have no voice what so ever. They are masking their apartments with cheap products and renting then at super high rates, not to mention they increase the rental rates every year and only offer any incentives to new move ins and not the loyal residents who should be rewarded for their patronage

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They are catty and sneaky with minimal training, Management is spread thin, 1 service supervisor for 4 properties, 1 CD for 3...this is ludacris
