    I worked at Triple Point Technology full-time (more than 3 years)


    Not many, decent pay package is one.


    Long list .
    1) Home grown managers - Too many of them with little knowledge of industry standard's , Technology and its application , Process , Ethics.
    Recent example is how they are screwing Agile (one can learn how exactly not to do agile from this company ). Lot of micro management , Too many people managers very few Leaders.

    2) Autocratic work Culture - One home grown Office head calling all the shots regarding office environment with little or no inputs from common employees. Personal Favoritism and Regional Politics across Pune managers.

    3) Technical Growth - You will hardly get to learn anything new or Industry relevant while working here.

    4) Recent Acquisition has removed only Pro from this company - Being Paymaster , lot of people were screwed in 2014 appraisals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If new owners are serious about their investment they should check problem of having too many Managers and mockery of Agile Framework being done by them here e.g Discussing task details / problems in Stand up meeting - seriously ? , compiling 100 bugs into single user story (this is a killer)

    Until this problem is not solved very bleak chances for product quality to improve.
    Engineers need freedom ,leadership and no discrimination not micro management.

    Food for thought what need is there for 40+ people managers in the company of 200 engineers ?
