    I have been working at Swarovski part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    flexible schedule
    decent discount and some free jewellery
    start above minimum wage
    progressive pay (commission)
    I love my coworkers
    Awesome if you like sales
    great as a part time job especially if you are a student as it is basically stress free and you can make decent money

    Cons

    very poor communication from head office
    head office and sometimes management will undermined you in front of a customer even though you are following company policy
    commission could and should be higher
    rarely give raises
    best times to make sales is during the holidays so it can be difficult to get those off, i haven't been home for Christmas in 2 years

    Got a call from the manager and had a group interview.
    Fairly easy. Usual what was your best customer service experience? What would you do if you are busy with expensive jewelry out but someone else asks for help. Situational questions

    Non- existent. Did not find out how much I would get paid until I got paid.. It was apparently written in micro font on one of the bajillion pages I had to sign.
