    I have been working at Speridian Technologies full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    I was lucky to have the exact skill set the client required and so was commissioned multiple times to US based assignments during my tenure.

    Cons

    You are treated as a machine. The only principal the management has here is that it has no principles. The amount of stress is so high that you stop thinking beyond a point. Humiliation is public, which includes holding collars of employees and asking them to "shut up" in conference calls.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop being penny wise and pound foolish. Keep the employees happy. Will translate into huge revenues in the long term.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a dayinterviewed at Speridian Technologies.

    Interview Details

    The Interview was on Phone, and was for .NET platform. The questions asked were very basic sticking to the .NET programming than the concepts. Questions asked were like how garbage collection works, why need to use IDisposible etc. Questions were asked on top not too deep.
