    Agile Coach Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Bangalore (India)
    Anonymous Employee in Bangalore (India)
    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ monthsinterviewed at SolutionsIQ in June 2014.

    Interview Details

The interview process took over 4 months with them asking me to "have a chat" with several (5) of their existing coaches. I had to constantly hound them to figure out the status and there were at least 2 instances when the person who was supposed to interview me did not show up nor did he send any intimation which resulted me a lot of time being wasted on my side.

Though I got an offer, I ended up declining it since I was not impressed with the quality of the people (existing Agile coaches) who interviewed me.

    Interview Questions
