In addition to working with great people, I have benefited from many of the company provided training opportunities. The additional skills and experience have allowed me to be considered for promotions for positions I wasn't qualified for before. I look forward to growing more with Sodexo.Cons

I applied online. The process took 2 days – interviewed at Sodexo USA in January 2015.Interview Details
I was contacted by email by the recruiter for an interview. We talked on the phone and it was very clear that the recruiter wasn't fully prepared. By the questions I was asked it was apparent that the recruiter had not taken the time to really look at my resume and was reading my resume to themselves as we were talking. I was told that a hiring manager would contact me the next week and that didn't happen.Interview Questions
