    Pros

Awesome work atmosphere. Getting to know the merchandise is easy and it makes you confident with how you sell it. Overall a fun job!

    Cons

If situated at a busy location, lots of people can come into the store all at once. Since there usually isn't a lot of people staffed, you have to have to be calm to get through orders and questions.

It boasts about a dozen company-owned stores, 40-plus licensed-owned locations, and more than 300 franchised stores in 37 US states, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates. Its candy is also sold wholesale, through fundraising programs, as well as through the company's website.
