I worked at Riot Games as an intern (less than an year)

Great culture and work life balance, intelligent people, extremely passionate about gaming and product development, driven and ambitious. Furthermore, great pay on par with top tech companies.

gaming during office hours can be distracting and slow the progress of deliverable development. no clear-cut promotion path, many managers by title but without true managerial experience (i.e., no direct reports).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

develop a better model/structure for career development paths as the company continues to scale

    Interview Details

One skype interview. Interviewer is leader of the team. All behavior questions. Most are expected and normal, like your biggest achievement, what do you want to learn in this position, knowledge about LOL, etc. Pretty comfortable and friendly. I applied as a student and this job is a summer coop. No technical question/brain teaser yet but probably will be some in the coming phone interview.
