I have been working at Range Resources as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

The people at Range are top notch. Doors are always open and everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed. The compensation is extremely competitive. Interns work on meaningful projects that add value to the company.

    Cons

There aren't any cons to working at Range Resources. If you want to be lost in a sea of people look elsewhere.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 months - interviewed at Range Resources in August 2013.

    Interview Details

I went through at least three phone interviews in which I spoke to almost every supervisor each time. The process was fairly easy and laid back. Had to go through some formal questioning in the last interview before getting the offer letter sent to me. I was hired the next month.
