    You can find help any time you need and they provide you very helpful trainings specially for new agents

    Cons

    There is almost no cons except the fact that joining Remax is always expensive ..Desk fee is high and the commission split as well

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reduce the expenses like desk fee
