Flexible - working here is very flexible. No one will micro manage you. No one will bat an eyelid even if you come one hour late! As long as you get the job done, you can have as much break as you want.
Good learning experience - my immediate superior is such a nice person. Will teach and explain to you if you don't know or understand stuff
Casual attire - you can wear anything you want. Even flip-flops!
Internet friendly - you are free to scroll you social media sites even during working hours. No body cares.Cons
Salary - it's quite low compared to my peers working elsewhere
No sense of belonging - They don't practice family day or team building for the whole company. So you don't feel connected to others.
Weird atmosphere - I don't know how to say it, but it just feels like something is not right somewhere, even works and bosses are all nice, but I just don't like working here. IDK why. :(Advice to ManagementAdvice
