    Pros

    Minimal politics, very good environment to work in, great people to be working with.

    Cons

    The limitations and deep budget cuts the company is undergoing at the present

    Advice to Management

    Try to keep as much people as you can, as you will need them for sure when the price of oil goes back to normal again.
