    Pros

    Nice workplace atmosphere.
    Flexibility.
    Good place to learn a lot from experience, even though recently turning to lot younger folks.

    Cons

    No much room to grow.
    Turnaround of workforce is high.

    Needs to be really experienced with good qualifications.
