I worked at MB Financial as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Company Culture is very good. Everyone makes an effort to get to know you and help you out. I got to work with many different departments and many different individuals. My supervisors were very helpful and knowledgeable.

    Cons

It would be beneficial to have more of a mentorship experience for the summer. More chances to get to know fellow interns would make the experience better.

    Interview Details

My initial interview was on campus and was a very easy interview. Behavioral questions and the 5 Cs of credit question. Got second interview at the office in Rosemont. Was an all morning interview with several managers and Vice Presidents as well as meeting other LDPs. The whole day was very professional and well planned.
