    - not so stressful
    - easy work
    - good benefits
    - ok pay
    - opportunities to move up, especially if you have a degree


    - may be too slow if you can keep yourself productive
    - have to deal with a lot of inadequacy
    - pay can be better, but thats more of a personal problem
