    I have been working at Infogix full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Liberal dress policy, fun people, exposure to broad range of technologies. As a implementation consultant, you have decent pay/prospects.

    Cons

    Simply stated, the India centric cronyism is outrageous here. The hiring process is often cryptic and high level folks push through completely inappropriate candidates. Product development is often focused on product features vs stability. The QA and Doc writing were gutted after the buyout from HIG, with product bug fixes being portrayed as true enhancements in releases. It's pretty embarrassing. Thus, product bugs are rarely addressed in a timely fashion. Revolving door of consultants with no prior experience on the proprietary software.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be honest with the workforce. Company meetings boil down to buzzword blather and rarely do employees feel comfortable asking pertinent questions.
