    I worked at Guardian Industries full-time (less than an year)


    lots of overtime
    pre-shift meeting before shift everday
    supervisor was nice
    employees were nice


    long hours range from 48 and up.
    low wage
    afternoon shift from 4;30pm to 3am.
    not much of a outside life
    after probation period you will never see a wage increase

    I was called in for an interview for Logistics Manager position. I got the impression from the beginning that the manager that interviewed me was not interested as he kept yawning during the interview process.
