The people are the best thing about working at FlexTrade UK: they're all very friendly, people have lunch together, hang out after work etc. There's no dress code, they do free food every week and they have regular social events. Teams are very self-sufficient and they have a huge say in their own way of working. There is time available to learn and experiment to stay sharp.Cons

First step is to finish a paper by writing all the answers into a word document. The questions are fairly easy and the time limit is not really tight.
I was interview by two groups of people in the second step. Each group will give you a question about software engineering design like class designing and design pattern. And those interviews include some general HR questions about your project, why Flextrade, difference between C and Java and software engineering(SOLID) which I believe that depends on the words you've mentioned.Interview Questions
