    Pros

    Learnings only at lower level. Even that depends on your supervisor. Lower and middle level management is incompetent. Top management doesn't know the ground reality or doesnt want to acknowledge.

    Cons

    HR is useless.
    No career growth. Promotions are based on your supervisor and your relationship not your potential.
    Communication is missing. Managers do not know what accountability is.

    Worst interview experience ever. The recruiter did not have the courtesy to give me more than 24 hours notice of my second round interview, even though I provided him with my schedule a week ago. For twice, the recruiter scheduled an interview on days that I specifically told him I was not available, and he made it look like it was my fault to not be able to make it. Due to their lack of professional courtesy, I decided to withdraw my application.
