I worked at DuPont full-time for more than 3 yearsPros
Great balance between personal and professional life. The salaries were good compared to competitors. Good training program for employees. Nice and friendly environment. Good valuesCons
I have worked in Venezuela for the Performance Coatings division before it was sold to Axalta and from my experience I found hard to build up a career. The structure of the organization was very flat and change was hard to achieve. The future of the companies business is not clear yet
Getting an Interview

First a general interview with the HR
Second a more specific interview with the person I reported
Third and last a general interview with the Region ManagerInterview Questions
- There was not a particular difficult question. Considering that I worked in a Spanish speaking country and that Spanish is my native language I would say that it was challenging when a some point the manager decided to speak in English Answer Question
