Great opportunity and visibility in the company, especially if you are a junior resource starting out your career. Very collaborative environment. People are very social and exceptionally friendly. You are expected to contribute 110%. Partners try to share what is going in the company with other staff. Incomparable healthcare benefits. A great place to work with your friends.
Some complain about the way the review cycle is conducted, although its probably not as bad as other consultancies. Work-life balance can be difficult to acheive. Compensation seems to lag behind competitors, but the work environment and benefits make up for it.
