Current Employee - Project Management in Frankfurt am Main (Germany)

I have been working at Deutsche Börse full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good salary, good benefits, friendly atmosphere, flexible working hours.

    Cons

Old processes, no innovation, confused management that does not concentrate on future growth of the company.Wasting of money on useless consultants and employees that prefer talking hours about doing things rather then doing something productive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and enforce real change. Keep and hire experienced managers with proven success in the filed.

    Interview Details

1st round with manager and a senior employee ( expert ), 2nd round were split into two sections, one with two employees from the department and another one with HR

    Interview Questions
    • The interview with HR was pretty long conducted, about an hour. Although I found the questions were typical, you better be well prepared. Technical questions with the employees were not too challenging. They just wanted to get to know you and see if they could get along well and work with you.   View Answer

Frankfurt is Germany's largest stock exchange, and Eurex (which Deutsche Börse jointly operates with the SIX Swiss Exchange) is among the largest futures markets in the world. The company licenses Xetra, which boasts more than... More
