    Pros

Amazing company culture, people, love, team.
Work is really interesting, and there was a lot to improve, and build why was really exciting!
The office is really cozy, feels like a huge living room with couches everywhere
    Company retreat every year

    Cons

Really poorly managed by people that did NOT understand what CouchSurfing culture and idea really is.
They're managing it heartlessly and kept firing and hiring all the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Lunch & dinner every weekday
Unlimited paid time off (based on agreement with manager)

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at CouchSurfing.

    Interview Details

I truly care about CouchSurfing, both the idea and the community, and I wish them all the best! My experience, however, was horrible. I applied online and didn't hear back for about three weeks. I then sent an email to ask if my CV had made it or if anything went wrong. After two weeks, I received a sloppy email (written in all lower case) from the jobs@ email address that didn't contain the name of the sender. I replied to give feedback on this process (or lack thereof), the main points being long time I had to wait and the fact that nobody seemed to even care enough to send a personal reply.
