    Pros

    decent money, great place to start learning about the corporate environment, convenient location if you live in the city, great team environment

    Cons

    compensation could be much better and more apparent, better training, better management. expect to work long hours

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer more training to employees and lay out the job assignments during the hiring process so the work-life balance is better appreciated.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Citysearch.

    Interview Details

    Initial phone screening with internal recruiter which lasted about 45-60 minutes. It was a typical questionnaire of how I would handle certain business situations. I also had 2 face to face interviews with my direct boss. These meetings were less formal. Had extensive phone interview with the VP of Sales.
