    Lots to learn, many opportunities

    poor benefit; low/mid management are problematic. some senior coworkers are very hard to deal with. senior management is fine.

    please give me training to mid management level since some people are not capable on leading others

    The process too about 3 weeks from the day I had my phone interview to the day i started compass. The interviewers I had were great and made me feel comfortable during the interview. The recruiters answered any questions i had about the process.
