Former Employee - Customer Service Representative in Boston, MA (US)

I worked at Boston Properties part-time for more than 3 years

They are very flexible with scheduling.
They are meticulous about gathering data/feedback from employees.
The pay is good for the position.
They offer a very eco-conscious workplace.

Because it is a large corporation, it can be difficult to get things done quickly.
There isn't much contact between upper management and the customer service team.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work and make sure not to neglect the Customer Service Team.
