I worked at BioClinica full-time (more than 3 years)Pros
During my time with the company I gained a lot of great experience and worked with a lot of great people.Cons
Management has been in steady decline in quality and experience for a long time and continues to only get worse. The company was purchased by a private equity firm and HR began looking at people as a cost to cut rather than humans with families.
There is absolutely no chance of advancement in this company unless you are good friends with another manager. Nepotism runs rampant and is basically the rule.
New policies appear all the time controlling employees further and further to the point that company resources (email) are not allowed to be used to organize employee social gathering after work.
Many managers come from an elite background and have never worked in any kind of blue collar or service related position and so do not relate to their employees. Whats worse is other managers in many cases don't have management training or experience and are basically ineffective.
The company operates under the management style of "well, that last thing we tried didn't work, lets try this new thing" without putting any actual thought or planning into the solution they're about to champion. Additionally, there is a bit of attention deficit disorder when it comes to project execution. The latest shiniest project always causes the last to be abandoned and potentially cancelled.
This company does not value its best and highest quality employees, the ones that execute and deliver, so those employees end up leaving and the company then hires less qualified people and the cycle continues.Advice to ManagementAdvice
I have no advice for management, they wouldn't listen anyway. I left because all the good managers I had answered to had either been removed from above me or were fired in favor of less capable people. All that is left is nepotistic marginally educated individuals in management positions who think too well of themselves and not enough for their employees.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO

I applied through college or university. The process took a week – interviewed at BioClinica in July 2014.Interview Details
Good atmosphere. Interviewed by 9 people in panels of 2. Questions dealt with background info and how you work with others as well as what your goals are. The interview was very long it took about 3 hours. At the end it kind of got repetitive as I had to keep on repeating myself to the different people interviewing me. Had the interview on July 25th it is July 29th and I'm waiting for a response.Interview Questions
