I worked at Bemis full-time for more than a year

The company is growing and hiring a number of engineers and specialists within Research and Development. Very good place to start your career. There's a lot of room to learn, make mistakes and grow.

An incredible amount of idle time. Also recently suffers from fairly high turnover of late. The work can also be kind of boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve the benefits. They absolutely need to be better. The tuition assistance is no good. The opportunities to work remotely need to be expanded. Improve the workplace atmosphere to make it more fun.

    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Bemis in September 2013.

    Interview Details

I submitted my resume at a job fair and had an on-campus interview the next week. I was then invited to an on-site interview a week later. I interviewed with 3 people at the on-site interview. After the interviews, an employee brought a few of the students who were interviewing to lunch and then to a facility tour.
