    You will be able to work with lots of smart professionals. Good personal growth. Good benefits. Lots of opportunities. It's easy to locate another good position with reasonable salary when you leave this company.


    Work/life balance sometimes is an issue. Pressure from work. Promotions from within a little bit slow.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a dayinterviewed at Bain Capital in April 2014.

    Interview Details

    I had undegone 2 inerviews and a written essay test.The first round was general about the resume.Hobbies,about yourself .Then I was given a task to plan a recruitment day.Then i was asked to write an essay on HR in today's era.40 mins for that.The next round was with the HR manager.That was also general.No tough questions were asked.
