    I have been working at Autonomy full-time (more than 8 years)


    Outsourcing and getting rid of jobs in the Calgary office has really improved things. Only the losers lost their jobs and they had to train their replacements which I think is well-deserved karma on their part. As well, I like the fact that they canceled the waste of time that was the season NHL hockey tickets. And cutting the 24/7 support pay in half was also pretty awesome.


    None that I can think of except maybe that there are still a bit too many employees in the Calgary office--hopefully they'll get laid off soon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please lay off more employees. They are an ungrateful lot.

    Application Details

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Autonomy.

    Interview Details

    - got a phone call from HR and was asked to attend interview if interested
    - at the interview I was asked about my previous job role and projects
    - few basic SQL questions asked like DDL, DML statements, joins, view, stored procedure etc
    - was told will be called for few more rounds if everything works out
    - 2nd interview with manager who asked mostly about reasons to leave previous job, expectations from new job, past history etc
    - 3rd interview with senior manager which was casual chat on work, hobbies, life, other interests etc.
    - finally got a call after few weeks from HR for remuneration
