    I worked at ArcSight

Leadership, product and people were all great and I really enjoyed working there. Would jump on any opportunity to work in the same environment again.

I cannot really think of any cons except for the fact that it might have gotten acquired a bit too soon. Similar companies have twice the market cap as they are still independent.

My experience with ArcSight was outside of the formal recruiting process. I had met the hiring manager randomly and they offered me the opportunity to interview for a position that was vacating due to employee promotion within the company. The interview process was fairly informal and focused primarily on potential fit at the company.
