-Low tip out (compared to other large restaurants)
-Plenty of opportunity for lots of shifts (if you'd like them)
    -Good team attitude
    -Respectful environment
    -Meal discounts
-Everyone is treated equally, you move up with experience, not favoritism

-Minimum wage of course, but you'll double that number with tips

    Advice to Management

-Continue to be friendly with the staff, work is so much more enjoyable when your manager shows respect and appreciation for what each person does for their role
-Continue to have pre-shift huddles, it's good to get everyone together and on the same page
-Continue to have taster nights with the staff, it is fun to get together and try new foods and drinks and learn about them. It is much easier to upsell something once you've experienced it and have a story to tell about it. It also creates bonding for the employees, happy employees create a happy atmosphere for the guests.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 daysinterviewed at Applebee's.

I applied in person after eating and turned it in to a manager who scheduled me for an interview a few days later. At that interview I got asked a few questions and filled out a personality test. At the end I was scheduled for a second interview with the general manager. The only bad thing was having to wait 50 minutes because they had something going on, but everyone was very nice, so it wasn't that big of a deal. At the end of the second Interview I was offered the job, and of course took it. Overall everyone was very nice to me and it wasn't a bad experience, during the interviews you just have to remember to be nice, smile, and be honest.
