    Open door communication
Transparency on targets and actual numbers
Politics are minimal and your job is secure so long as you don't mess up with CEO's pets

High attrition of employees from rank to executive
    Micromanagement and blame game
Unstable products and yet expects high sales and customer retention

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rather than asking your employees to give positive feedback in Glassdoor to pull up your ratings, let it come naturally by investing time and resources to your employees that is, to name a few, providing realistic goals and job scope, consistently supporting career and personal developments, and improving the company culture.

Terrible communication even though speaking directly to the CEO for initial phone screening, and sporadically throughout the process. Lack of interaction with HR with executive office. Hap hazard trip planning as interviewing from out of town, missed deadlines, ignored messages, etc. on their part. One of the worst interview experiences of my decades long career.

    Interview Questions
    • Asked the CEO that would be my first and primary task to tackle if offered the position to create a success for the company. His response, "....would be to prioritize"   View Answer
