“The company is very family oriented.”

Pros:  “They have profit sharing, and 401K. Employees own part of the company, and they get an update every quarter. The more one puts in, the more one gets back.”

Cons:  “To some, the company is unionized. Union dues are deducted and they take care of employee, but they may sometimes be a little slow.” – Full Review
