    POSITION
    Parachute is looking to add an experienced, professional, and personable Senior IT Project Manager to our growing team. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a proactive, highly motivated individual. The ideal candidate resides in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, but we will consider outstanding talent from anywhere in the United States.
    Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Scope profitable project quotes for opportunities uncovered by our Technical Account Managers at a pace that meets the needs of our clients while ensuring top-quality project delivery.
    • Develop each project plan consisting of a technical scope and objectives of the work, staffing, scheduling with key milestones and deliverables, budget, risks, contingency plans, and how to allocate available resources.
    • Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications.
    • Manage the implementation of our technical solutions from the design phase through completed projects.
    • Manage the Project Engineers and Project Manager staff including weekly 1:1s, quarterly check-ins, and annual performance reviews.
    • Coordinate resources for projects and serve as the primary point of contact between our team members, vendors, and Clients.
    • Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps, processes/procedures, and tickets.
    • Direct and coordinate project personnel activities to ensure each project progresses on schedule with the project plan, and within budget.
    • Ensure that our project management delivery consistently meet or exceed every Clients’ expectations.
    • Manage a team of project engineers and project managers day-to-day.
    • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Project Scoping and Management; Implement Project Management Best Practices at Parachute.
    • Develop and manage project status reports and regular updates for both internal and external use.

    Essential Technical Skills and Experience
    Work Experience:

    • 8+ years with an I.T. services organization
    • 6+ years’ experience in implementing projects and working as part of a team
    • 5+ years’ experience managing technical and project management professionals
    • 5+ years as Technical Project Manager
    • Design configuration for IT infrastructure systems and networks, and supervise its implementation

    Education:

    • Bachelor or Masters: Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, or Computer Information Systems

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (preferred):

    • PMP – Project Management Professional
    • CCNA, CCNP, MCSE (Server Infrastructure), MCSA (Windows Server 2012), CCA-V, 70-346 (Office 365 Identities & Requirements)
    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
    • Supporting Project Management Experience:
