ROKband Pediatric Headshape Clinics provides assessment, education and treatment to families of infants aged 3-18 months who present with head shape asymmetries such as plagiocephaly. We are Canada's leading headshape clinic and see thousands of babies every year!

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.
• Collaborate with ROKband marketing to plan and create content
• Analyze social media insights to guide future strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

Content Creation:

• Generate captivating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, and website updates.
• Develop and lead community engagement and content marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop multimedia assets, including videos, photos, and graphics, that resonate with our target audience and reinforce brand messaging.

Marketing Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to social media engagement, content performance, event attendance, and sales support activities.
• Generate reporting and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry trends
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator OR Canva.
• Basic video editing experience. Examples include CapCut.
• Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite
• Ability to proofread and edit content with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
• Proficiency with WIX is an asset
