    Pros

Channel Leads on some of the accounts are subject matter experts to some degree, that I'll give them.
Lots of learning sessions you can sign into if you have the time

    Cons

As with any company, in the end it all comes down to the team (or teams) you work with that will ultimately shape your experience. With the account I work on (one of the main cash cows):
    - For the most part feels like a little sorority/girls club. Very catty, they spend all day gossiping and speaking negatively about people and each other. Very exhausting negative energy to be around all day. If you're not in their little clique, prepare for indirect harassment.
    - Not friendly at all, and very arrogant
    - This is "my turf" feel. Very divisive.
    - Extremely disorganized.
    - Poor onboarding process within the team. Give you little to nothing to work with yet expect high returns.

With the company as a whole, typical ad agency vibe, nothing new.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on your company culture.
