The Role

The role of an Account Representative involves overseeing the funding aspects of cases within the sales department. This specialist is responsible for the execution of contract to all parties involved and keeping track of the status of cases, identifying challenges or delays, gathering/providing updates by contacting law firms, understanding/utilizing our case management system, and conducting diligent research when necessary as well as contribution to the overall efficiency of case management. Ability to give close attention to detail and communicate effectively with clients and all other concerned parties. Strong organization skills required.

Key responsibilities:

· Act as a primary point of contact between our company and clients, and law firms handling our cases

-Sending out contracts via Docusign

· Work closely with legal professionals to ensure the smooth progression of funding cases

· Develop an understanding of our case management system and utilize it to track and update case information

· Monitor the progress of cases by regularly communicating with law firms to obtain the latest developments, court dates, and any other pertinent information related to cases ensuring accuracy and consistency

· Conduct thorough research to gather additional case-related information

· Stay up to date on updates

Qualifications:

· Associate’s or higher degree preferred

· Proven experience as a Personal Injury paralegal for at least 2-3 years

· Strong understanding of personal injury legal processes

· Detail-oriented, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

·Able to use effectively Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel

Professional work ethic

· Effective communication skills – written, phone, in person – for interacting with clients and legal professionals

· Proven ability to set and exceed your objectives

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Bilingual is a plus
