    Responsible for the creation, production, and maintenance of print and digital marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines, while identifying opportunities to enhance and enrich the Company’s visual image both internally and externally. The Graphic Designer will report to the Marketing Manager and work in collaboration with store personnel and the corporate office. This role is based full-time in the corporate office.

    Responsibilities:

    · Manage the timely creation and/or update of seasonal and evergreen in-store marketing materials including sign best practices on routine (daily/weekly) basis,

    · Uphold graphic consistency of stores and ensure the quality of printed materials,

    · Manage various design projects from start to finish within production deadlines and budget constraints,

    · Conduct regular (daily) store walks with Marketing Manager to ensure identify areas of priority and opportunity,

    · Work cross-functionally with store and office personnel to ensure Company's brand standards are maintained throughout all visual communications, producing training materials, guidelines, or mentorship as needed,

    · Participate with the Marketing Manager on identification of and strategy behind long-term design projects, priorities, and timelines,

    · Proactively communicate progress of projects (including any problems or obstacles) to Marketing Manager,

    · Work with Marketing Manager to build/support constructive business relationships with all marketing stakeholders, including interfacing with outside vendors,

    · Establish workflow policies that serve the best interest of all stakeholders—enhancing speed and efficiency without compromising safety or integrity,

    · Uphold consistency in process and workflow between stores and stakeholders, and

    · Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Education, Certifications and/or Licenses:

    · BA or BFA in Graphic Design or similar field.

    · High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience:

    · 4-6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year of retail experience and 4 years of print production experience,

    · Proficiency in Basecamp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive apps,

    · Impeccable attention to detail,

    · Knowledge or ability to learn Drupal, HTML, and CRM/email marketing tools,

    · Effective time management, organization, and the ability to multitask,

    · Manage projects as directed by Marketing Manager and ownership team,

    · Professional and proactive work ethic with strong follow-through,

    · Open-minded and positive, collaborative, “can-do” attitude,

    · High competence in project and stakeholder management,

    · Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills,

    · Enthusiastic, works well under pressure and able to demonstrate sound judgment, problem-solving skills, troubleshoot issues, while always ensuring customer satisfaction,

    · Ability to move projects forward from concept through execution,

    · Thrives on working both collaboratively and independently,

    · Prior retail experience desirable.
