    Pros

    I've receive promotions. Benefits are superb. The people are awesome, because you are interacting with people from all around the world.

    Cons

    The challenges would be the injuries that occurred at Yale, which could have been prevented, which cause me to have to leave my last position. These injuries occurred because of the errors of others.
