Satisfying, interesting work... Overworked, underpayed employees

I have been working at World Council of Credit Unions, Inc

    Pros

The work is incredibly satisfying and the intentions of the company are excellent. The people are great, there is free coffee/tea, and everyone really cares about the credit union movement.

    Cons

Employees work long hours with little pay, especially over the summer during conference time. Company morale is low as a result of understaffing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

So many departments are understaffed, in turn affecting company morale. Consider hiring interns or LTEs to reduce some of the work of employees.
