I have been working at Williams Lea full-time for more than 5 years

Corporate makes their employees rate them once a year and they actually review their findings and make changes. They offer Exceptional Awards twice a year which is a $50 gift card...but you have to be nominated.

It is extremely hard to move up in the company. I understand they are just beginning to create programs to help employees move up, but I think it will be several years before it will be reality.
