I worked at Western and Southern Life

    Pros

There was a good training program to start out with and also had a good boss to learn the ropes. All of the fellow reps in the business was good workers and all of the clerical was a help in the business as well.

    Cons

Leadership in the the office that I was in could have needed a more leadership training and not being a "baby-sitter" type of mentality. Benefits was good! Work life balance could be better. They needed more clients to see so that you could really make a decent living. I put more money driving then I did bring home at the last.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure that your REPs know what is going on and how the business is run before you let them go out in the field. Help them with any problems that they might have to make their business better.
